What this website collects

If you submit the early-access form, the ABOLTUS project receives your name, email address, selected area of interest, optional message and confirmation that you agree to be contacted. A submission time is also recorded. Please do not include confidential documents or sensitive personal information in your message.

Why we collect it

We use these details to understand interest in the project and respond to your request. Registration does not create a product account or start a paid subscription. Your details are stored in a database on the website’s server and are available to the project operator for handling requests. Submitted details are also delivered to the project operator through a private Telegram bot chat to handle your request. Telegram processes that copy under its own privacy policy. The form does not send an automatic email confirmation.

Website operation

The site does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Fonts and images are served by this website. The interactive platform preview uses fictional sample data in your browser; search terms entered in that preview are not sent to an AI provider or saved on our server. Standard server logs may contain your IP address, request path, browser information and request time for operating and protecting the service. Form contents are not written to access logs. To diagnose failures, the website sends limited technical error reports to its server and the operator's Telegram chat: the error category, a short sanitized message, page path, and source file or line when available. The diagnostics do not read form fields, include URL query strings, or send full stack traces.

Updates and deletion requests

To ask about your submitted details, correct them or withdraw your interest, use the website contact form with the same email address and include “Privacy request” in your message. Describe what you would like us to do. The project operator may need to verify the request before changing or deleting records.
